I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the outskirts of Dundee. The value for money was incredible - I couldn't believe how affordable it was! The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with everything spotlessly clean and a comfy double bed. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was also great, with easy access to St Andrews, Upper Largo, and the beautiful Leven beach.
Everything was fine and I had a pleasant stay.

The hotel offered excellent value for money, with clean rooms and a large bed. We enjoyed the convenience of having tea, coffee, and biscuits in our room. The staff were friendly and attentive, even accommodating our room needs and providing helpful suggestions. The location was quiet and picturesque, perfect for exploring nearby areas like St Andrews, Upper Largo, and the beach at Leven.

The location of the inn was great, close to the city center and with easy access to nearby attractions. The restaurant and bar had a great atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful. the rooms had tea and coffee facilities, good wardrobe storage, and a comfortable bed.
The outside of the pub looked rather uncared for and unattractive.
